Getting Started

Flight Pilot is a simulation game where you buy tickets, recruit passengers, and advance to become a pilot — earning real money as a promoter/influencer.

  1. Register — Create an account on the platform.
  2. Browse Flights — View available flights departing from airports worldwide.
  3. Buy a Ticket — Purchase a ticket for your chosen flight.
  4. Invite Friends — Share your flight link to bring more passengers on board.
  5. Wait for Boarding — When the flight departs, passengers board in order.
  6. Progress Forward — Each time the plane lands, you move one seat closer to the pilot position.
  7. Become Pilot — Reach seat 1 to become the pilot and earn your payout.

Promoter & Influencer Mechanic

Core concept: Flight Pilot is not just a game — it's a learning tool that teaches you how referral and multi-level marketing systems work.

Here's how the promoter mechanic works:

  • Buy a ticket — You become a passenger on a flight.
  • Recruit passengers — Share your flight with friends, social media, and communities. Every new passenger who buys a ticket on your flight brings you closer to the cockpit.
  • Advance through seats — Each recruited passenger and each flight landing moves you one seat forward. The more people you bring, the faster you progress.
  • Become a pilot — When you reach seat 1, you become the pilot. Now you earn money from every passenger on the flight.
  • Get paid — Your earnings = (Ticket Price × Number of Seats) – fees. The more passengers on your flight, the more you earn.

Ultimate goal: Become the top influencer/promoter by recruiting the most passengers in the shortest time. This teaches you real-world skills in personal branding, social selling, and network marketing.

How Tickets Work

Each ticket represents a seat on a specific flight. When you buy a ticket:

  • You are assigned a current position (seat number)
  • Your initial position is recorded when you first board
  • As the flight progresses through stops, your seat number decreases
  • When you reach seat 1, you become the pilot
One player can own multiple tickets on different flights simultaneously. Each ticket progresses independently.

Seat Progression System

When a plane lands at its destination:

  1. The pilot (seat 1) exits the plane and receives a payout
  2. All passengers move one seat forward (seat 2 becomes seat 1, etc.)
  3. New passengers from the waiting list board the plane
  4. If the plane is full, only 1 new passenger boards per landing
There is a 120-second boarding window for new passengers after each landing.

Time Windows for Trading

Each flight phase has specific time windows for buying and selling tickets:

Flight Phase Buy Tickets Sell Tickets Duration
Scheduled Yes No Until departure
Boarding Yes No 120 seconds
In Air Yes Yes Until landing
Landed No No

Tickets can only be sold on the marketplace when the plane is in the air. You can never sell the ticket you are currently flying with.

How to Become a Pilot

To become a pilot, you need to reach seat number 1 on a flight. You can:

  • Buy tickets early — Earlier buyers get better initial positions
  • Recruit passengers — Each passenger you bring moves you forward faster
  • Trade on marketplace — Buy tickets with better positions from other players
  • Wait for progression — Each landing moves you one seat forward

Once you become a pilot, you must sign a Promoter Agreement before receiving payouts.

Pilot Seat Auction

New! When a flight departs, a blind auction opens for the pilot seat (seat 1). Passengers on the flight can bid coins for the chance to become pilot immediately when the plane lands.
How It Works
  1. Auction opens at departure — When the flight takes off, a blind auction for seat 1 opens automatically. Bidding is open for the entire flight duration until arrival.
  2. Place a blind bid — Any passenger on the flight can place a bid using Special Coins. Bids are blind — no one can see how much others have bid. This prevents last-second outbidding and rewards strategic thinking.
  3. Auction closes at arrival — When the plane lands, the auction is resolved. The highest bidder wins seat 1 and becomes the pilot for the next cycle.
  4. Coins deducted from winner — The winning bid amount is deducted from the winner's coin balance. All other bidders are fully refunded.
  5. 5-cycle cooldown — After winning, the passenger cannot bid again for 5 landing cycles. This ensures the pilot seat rotates and gives everyone a fair chance.
Key Rules
Who Can Bid

Only passengers currently on the flight can bid. You must have enough coins in your balance to cover your bid amount.

Cooldown

Winners cannot bid again for 5 landing cycles. The cooldown decreases by 1 on each landing. At 0, bidding is allowed again.

Blind Bidding

Bids are completely blind. You cannot see other bids or know how many people have bid. Bid strategically!

Fallback

If no one bids, seat 1 fills naturally via normal progression (seat 2 shifts forward). The auction is purely additive.

Tip: Coins are only deducted at resolution (landing time), not at bid time. However, if you spend your coins between bidding and landing, you may lose the auction even with the highest bid!

Earnings Formula

Earnings = (Ticket Price × Number of Seats) – Fees

Example calculation:

Item Value
Ticket Price 100 CZK
Number of Seats on Aircraft 50
Gross Revenue 5,000 CZK
Exchange Fee (10%) −500 CZK
Flight Tax (20%) −1,000 CZK
Net Payout to Pilot 3,500 CZK

The more passengers on your flight, the higher the gross revenue — and your payout. This incentivizes you to recruit as many passengers as possible.

Marketplace Trading

The marketplace allows players to buy and sell tickets:

  • Sellers list their tickets at a desired price
  • Buyers can purchase listed tickets or place bids
  • Each ticket can be traded only once
  • Marketplace prices are set by players (supply and demand)
  • Bidding system: Place a bid; if the seller has auto-approve enabled and your bid meets the price, it's accepted automatically
Important rules:
  • Tickets can only be sold when the plane is in the air
  • You cannot sell the ticket you are currently flying with

Fees Structure

Fee Type Percentage Description
Exchange Fee 10% Fee for trading tickets on the marketplace
Flight Tax 20% Tax on pilot payouts
Card Processing Fee 1% + 2 CZK Fee for credit/debit card payments
Service Fee 10% Airplane Game service fee on coin purchases

Special Coins System

Special coins are an in-game currency that can be used for:

  • Purchasing tickets directly
  • Exchanging for real currency
  • Special in-game items and features

Coins can be purchased via credit/debit card or Google Pay through your portal account.

Withdrawal Process

  1. Sign a Promoter Agreement
  2. Complete a Tax Form (Czech law compliance)
  3. Request a payout from your earnings
  4. Funds are transferred to your registered bank account
All promoters are responsible for their own tax obligations under Czech law.
